I would fly from MPLS to Bismark , rent a car ( Avis ) and drive to
Dickinson to work on computer. I loved seeing the giant Cow while driving. Got to be like seeing an old FRIEND !
Beautiful picture. This portion of the road was magical, one of the most scenic stretches of highway I have ever traveled.
This is such a sad little reminder that by feeding the wild animals we are condemning them to death as they stop their natural foraging or hunting and simply wait for humans to supply their food. In some cases they become vicious and may attack if the food is not readily given.
This is something that visitors to SA do not always understand, and that is even more sad.
