Hello Murr. Carrbridge's old packhorse bridge was built in 1717. it is the oldest stone bridge in the Scottish Highlands. It was severely damaged in the "muckle spate" of 1829 which left it in the unstable condition it is in today. Regards, Geoff.

That looks suspiciously like a Brixham trawler. My father spent many hours making a model of one in the 1960s - starting by making the planks. I must try and find a picture. Anyway, I always enjoy looking through your gallery Geoff - excellent photos!
