This engine is a 4"/ft model Fowler 7NHP/ R3 traction engine, built by Phil Soden of Oakville, Ontario in 1982. I have the pleasure of owning it. Licence is 5611 KH, and we are doing a hydrostatic test on the engine as mandated by Vancouver Island Model Engineers.
