I found it on Google...its official name is the Greenpoint Polish-American United Methodist Church. Interesting!
The reason it caught my eye was because the cross with the red banner is a symbol used by Methodists.

Shot up the Delaware River from Smithfield Beach in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area.

The church was built in 1854. It was largely gutted and destroyed by the great earthquake of 1906. Renovation was completed in 1909.
