Crowds gather on the Veteran's Memorial Bridge (Main Ave. Bridge) to observe record flood waters at Fargo/Moorhead.

Crews build up the dikes on Cass County Drain 27 using construction equipment.

Red River floodwaters run under the BNSF railroad's bridge.

Floodwaters cover a low-lying area on the Minnesota side of the river, with Fargo's downtown in the background. River level approx. 40.6 feet.
