When I was 15 I climbed up the leg of one of these. Worked my way around the top and came down the opposite corner. Feel quite sick when I think of it now!

Yes Rod, Thanks very much for pointing this out. Have looked at the one at Lowestoft and it looks identical. Sheffield has a lovely large fountain as you would expect in a city the size of Sheffield. Tendring District Council are taking things a bit too seriously !!!! Cheers Wiggy
