Funny that the local newspaper had articles about the on going red tide and local fish kills the week this photo was taken and it's funny how everyone on the beach was coughing and clearing their throats non-stop. I’ve been the Gulf coast more than a few times and I have no problem with distinguishing the difference between seaweed and a red tide.
You might find it hard to believe, OTOBEME but YOU are wrong it is a Red Tide. Moreover, this photo will not be re-named or removed.
