The majority of pictures in my gallery here are pieces of Torontiana, showing typical street scenes, urban wildlife (human and other), landmarks and local institutions and their details. The other 10% or so are shots from my occasional trips outside this Canadian city.

Santa got me my first ever really nice lens this year, a fast 35mm prime, and I'm having a blast figuring out what it can do. Just amazing, as this wonderful picture shows. But I've also seen a lot of bright magenta-fringed leaves!

ZaMKADovets,на этом прекрасном зимнем пейзаже прими мои поздравления с Новым Годом!!!

Happy New year to you Who

Marion :-)

yes, you too, g'nite! :)

g'nite ...

A very nice touch, and, indeed, very good framing.

Lots of snow in Duesseldorf this winter?

But she's a blissful blob! She's pretty agile in the water, though.

She couldn't get to the shore the other day because another blob (human) wouldn't budge off her spot in the sand and let the lady take her spot - apparently, the channel in the reef is pretty narrow there, and you don't want to scratch your belly on sharp rocks and coral. So there's only a couple of spots you can get in/out of water (even if you're a seal)

Probably :))
