The master plan for this project represents a major departure from traditional recreation centers. The urban setting of the facility combined with the private, for profit elements integrated within the structure demanded careful attention to adjacencies and a thorough knowledge of functional elements. The five-story building is the anchor project for the revitalization of the former Ogden City Mall site. Features at the center include a Gold’s Gym, lap pool, aerobics, spin and dance studios; flow rider, climbing wall, bowling alley, arcade, glow golf, restaurants and much more.
