My Father took this picture in 1958 (1323 Monaco Drive) when you could see Sunset Blvd from our back yard prior to the building of the house next door.

Adjust your Goggle Earth Options and look at the Geographic Google Aerial Image. You can clearly see that from 1900 through the Late 1950's there was once a deep ravine,dividing Capri and Monaco Drives,filled with, Racoons, Frogs, Snakes, and other sorted wild life.
