Great scene. The ridges are great to visit in person, but I've found it hard to get a photograph to do the place justice. This one does. Looks like you were up there early in the morning!

Thanks Andbag. It was more luck than judgement. The sky was quite dark and colourless, what you can't see (post-crop) is the street light that gave the orange tint, upper right. At the time, 30 seconds was the longest exposure I could do, but I now have remote release, so I think I'll try it again with a 10mm lens and a longer exposure. Oh, and a tripod, this was taken with the camera just propped on the bridge handrail ....
