Royal Oak Chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on the grounds that will eventually include the Calgary Temple. The Temple will serve over 18,000 members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 6 stakes in and around Calgary. Completion of the building is expected in 2011. Once completed, the Calgary Alberta Temple will be Canada's eighth LDS temple and Alberta's third. The other Albertan temples are located in Cardston, Alberta and in Edmonton, Alberta.
