I love this! Very imaginative.
This was a foul, wet day.
Ah, that is the famous "wading tree" of Narrawalle, right? Very nice! -- Greetings from Vancouver Canada
I have moved the location following your suggestion. I only had a rough idea of the location as it was seen on a game drive. It is a fantastic tree - I think I was just lucky managing to get a giraffe and some zebra in front to emphasise its scale.
almost abstract.. the headlights for some reason evoke fish and the highlights and colour tones are exquisite. Like it a lot, nice one :)
Wonderful. It is magic!
I know this spot , the paintings fig tree isjust up the road behind where this was taken as you go on to Upper Colo.
Steevo I'm glad you know this lovely bit of country. It is at the horseshoe bend that has a large cave eroded from the huge rock on the up side of the track - it is actually still Comeroy rd at this point I think. But you would have to dismount and walk up past the cave to see it. Hope you get back there some day. Russell
No Windsor NSW, I haven't been to Alice since 1985,
But I shall return I have an appointment with some trees at Ormiston Gorge!
