This photo is not misplaced. The "Honore Police" sign is clearly from the BBC TV show Death in Paradise, which is filmed mostly in Deshaies. Many of the other photos in this section are of locations which are seen from time to time in the series. The Restaurant La Kaz in particular is in almost every episode.
