I studied Art in junior high and high school and a minor in College. I have won numerous awards in local and International Art Competitions. I'm free-lance artist painting portraits since 1971. I’m dedicated to fostering and enhancing an understanding of practice, techniques, aesthetics and applications of traditional fine art portraiture and figurative arts. I will put on canvas scenery that is San Francisco, it' rolling hills and cable cars, the Golden Gate Bridge and Fort Point, the Cliff House and its Seal Rocks, the Marina and the Palace of Fine Arts, Fisherman's Wharf and its Pier 39, Fort Mason, Golden Gate Park and its Japanese Tea Garden, the Crookedest Street in San Francisco, Coit Tower, Market Street, the Presidio, the Victorian Buildings, Alcatraz island, Angel Island, the Bay Bridge, the Embarcadero, the Sea Cliff district, The Palace of the Legion of Honor, De Young Museum, the Twin Peaks, Mt Davidson, Lake Merced, Lands End, Chinatown, Japan Town, Alamo Square, Union Square and many more. Watch this website in the future and I will share you San Francisco. My other interest in life is Dancing. I'm a professional dance instructor teaching Ballroom, Latin and Swing in San Francisco and the bay area.

Fantastic street photos Rosencruz Sumera, please consider joining my group your photos would be great fit for Railroading North America. A very nice photo, but the building in the distance is not Laguna Honda Hospital. Laguna Honda Hospital is on the other side of Twin Peaks/Mount Sutro and you would need x-ray vision to see it from Dolores Park. The building in the picture is a condominum building beside Buena Vista Park, which you can see beyond it. Sorry, I don't know the name of the condominium building. I believe it used to be a hospital, and it does indeed look a lot like the old Laguna Honda Hospital.

Hi Rosencruz, I'm writing The Encyclopedia Of Jerry Garcia Music Venues. I'm interested in using this photo. I'd need it at least 1mb or larger. Please email me at slipnut01@gmail.com.
