On our trip to NZ, we did a lot of crazy and cool stuff and saw lots of stunning scenery. But the ATV ride on the dunes south of Aripara ranked in the top 2 or 3. I'm glad the beauty was evident through my photo.

I made a underwater Film on 16mm in this location in 1980
It was shown on Air New Zealand in-flight, Hong Kong TV and a bunch of American TV channels.
There is an underwater cave at this point, we filmed in there and a diver swimming down thru the sunlight into the cave, multi-coloured with sponges.
It was me in the film, as the girl diver turned out not to be able to dive without spreading her arms like concorde landing.
It was called The Poor Knights.
