I like it as well; it's no longer a school since both of Retford's schools were merged in one new building near the East Coast Main Line on the Workop road.
This is Bawtry Hall, Doncaster.
My mother was born there in 1903 when her parents were in service just before the Hall was acquired by General George Herbert Peake. The hall passed to Bomber Control during World War II and remained under their control until the 1980s It is now a Conference Centre.
