My first 10K at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio Texas. I thought I was gonna die. It's a flat course, perfectly marked, and a beautiful route, but it was hot. Many people got sick and I saw two servicemen having to be helped into ambulances. I guess I did okay because I am used to running in the Florida sun.
