Too much work on those houses, I'm afraid, so we decided not to go for it. Instead, we bought Rose Cottage in Threlkeld and set it up as one of Sally's Cottages (www.rosecottagethrelkeld.co.uk). So we're not quite living there yet, but it feels good to have a foothold there! :o)
