I haven't been to the lakes you list, but a careful look at Google Earth data causes me to believe they might also be tectonically create. There certainly is a strange arroyo at 24.996796 and -110.800665, perhaps indicating stream capture as the rocks tilted. I definitely need to check out that spot if I ever get back to Baja.
