Thanks Richard but to be honest I'm not as excited as you or others seem to be. The reasons for that are mostly because without the comments received I would have known nothing about it, secondly there seems to be some belief I have won a prize when as I read it the only thing I was due was a spell in the limelight via the blog and contest page but even that it seems hasn't happened as March results are there now at the time I and others are just seeing February results.

I can only assume there was a delay and that 2 months were done at once or something thereby negating February winners and runners up.

C'est en effet un romantisme très fabriqué Bernard* avec l'habilleur, la maquilleuse et le photographe venant du pays du soleil levant. Par contre je ne pense pas qu'ils s'attendaient à poser sous la neige en tenue légère en venant à PARIS ce jour là...;-).

Cet Hôtel-restaurant, un peu éloigné du centre du CROTOY est en effet assez unique Christian, avec sa terrasse plein sud et un bar avec un choix incroyable de thés et de chocolats. Par contre ce jour là, il faisait tellement froid que nous avons fait un repli stratégique à l'intérieur ...;-).

François PITROU # 2 Fanpit is the 2nd webpage of [François PITROU](http://www.panoramio.com/user/107566) on PANORAMIO destinated to upload "touristics"pictures and "postcards" without artistic interest on google earth. I have been practicing photography as an amateur photographer since 1972 where I showed in national and international exhibitions on the female theme (portrait, fashion, nude) in B&W. At that time I worked in B&W in studio and outside, with two reflex cameras and five lenses. I had my own B&W dark room. I have a photographic library of 20,000 B&W pictures and 5,000 colours pictures that I will digitalise when I retire. I have been working in digital since 2003 but particularly since 2007 when I bought a digital camera PENTAX K10D. Now I work with a PENTAX K 5 and Three lenses .I like to work in themes and produce them in photo documentary format. Je pratique la photographie en tant que Photographe amateur depuis 1972 où j’ai fait quelques expositions nationales et internationales sur le thème du portrait en Noir et Blanc. A cette époque je travaillais en extérieur et studio en NB avec deux boîtiers reflex et 5 objectifs dont 2 PENTAX et possédait un laboratoire NB. Je possède une photothèque de 20000 photos NB et 5000 diapositives couleurs que je numériserai à la retraite !!!!.Depuis 2003 je suis passé au numérique et j’ai repris mon Hobby en 2007 avec l’achat d’un reflex numérique PENTAX K10 D. Aujourd'hui je possède un PENTAX K5 et 3 zooms. Je travaille presque tous les thèmes de la photographie comme des reportages ou des séances de travail. J’ai rejoint la communauté PANORAMIO en septembre 2007 qui nous permet d’échanger, de nous challenger et donc de progresser !!!
