A couple of month ago I started Paleo Cooking. It works. After two months I have lost 7 kg and now I have modified it and the weight drop has slowed down. The big sinners in our daily food are sugar, white flour, salt and ready made food where you never know whats in it - especially the amount of salt.
As to Panoramio, I consider it a fantastic meeting place for creative people.
As to the groups, I start dropping out of some of the groups and giving more attention to others. The groups are, as I now see it, fantastic tools to share information about places and subjects of interest. Only some of the groups are growing too big so photos disappear in the crowd. I suggest the owners to divide the groups in more specific subjects. Ships could be e.g. warships, cargoships, tankers, riverboats, ferries etc.
