Miki_Goa, Thank you for your visit and your information. I had verified the location was good on the map but got confused beacuse Swatantra Pass is west of Chicalim Roundabout. I did not know the name of this beautifull temple.

The top level has a terrace and was used as a lookout post. Underneath is a fully covered water tank that is fed by a fresh water spring. The tank is still in use and supplies water to the village located on the slope 50 mts below the tank level.

I agree this is not the main waterfall along the road , but unfortunately I do not recall the exact location.
