melik I am born in Turkey. Late eighty’s i moved to The Netherlands. I am still living in The Netherlands. My aim with Panoramio is to show my photos which I have taken during my vacations and around the city where I am living. I have no artistic ambitions with my photos. My only ambition is to show the beauty of places that I have visited. By reviewing the photos of the other members I only focus on the beauty of the picture. The photo-graphical aspects are, such as composition, lighting and post processing with Photoshop, not important for me. These aspects are the concerning elements of other sites such as flicker, stockphoto... Occasionally I remove some of my photos from my gallery for following reasons: • Photo is not selected for Google Earth • There are too many pictures of same place Despite it's imperfections i don't remove some of my photos from my gallery, because they have special meaning to me.
