I'm sorry, I had this mapped wrong. Thanks for pointing this out. It was mapped to where the natural gas power plant is but it actually belongs at the BYU Heating and Cooling Plant which is a coal fired system. It's mapped correctly, now.

This has to be in the mid-1990's. The Chevrolet truck in the background is of the mid-90's variety.
