I am research chemist by profession, but my love for photography goes even further back... I am also a sculptor in stone and steel, minimalistic, just as I love to achieve in my photography. It is all about seeing, sometimes beauty is hiden in a small corner... In fact: LESS IS MORE...

Thank you greatly Nenad!

Cheers, Sandy

Thanks very much to all, Billy, Patricia, Mike and Micky. There is a cover just like this at the intersection by our house - sewer access that cars drive over when they turn at the corner - but the one in this image is much more interesting, and is right at the edge of the Bay(???). So pleased you like this one (O:

Yes you are quite right, Nick!

The crew included relatives and their friends and all had prodigious thirsts and they tended to put their drinking boots on regardless of whether it was post-gig racing, post-rugby training or just a 'pub night'!! ..... I'd better not say any more!!! ;o)

Have a nice weekend you too!

Best wishes, Andy

It is very kind of you to comment in French, maybe you didn't meet a lot of english speakers in this end of Ubaye Valley :o) so i give you the text if you come back to Barcelonette.:
