This is a wonderful panorama. Have you taken a look at the picture my father shot from nearly the same spot in 1941?
I have driven past here several times but never have stopped. I did walk around at the view point up in the Pass and took some pictures which I uploaded to G-E last year.
Dan: Thanks for this picture. It allowed me to find the location of a picture my father shot in the Autumn of 1941. I've uploaded his picture to Panoramio near yours and it should be accepted for G-E probably by mid-August. We'll see. Thanks again for a great picure.
