Thank you for posting this picture. In November 1990 while in Berlin my wife and I chipped off pieces of the wall that ran on the West Berlin side...about 50 feet from the spot you took this picture. I often wondered what became of that area in the years that followed. It was so dark and forbidding then, it's hard to believe it is now a pretty park. I would be happy to share a picture I took on that day if you would like to see it. It was very similar weather that day too. If you have any other pictures from this area you took on that day or other days, we would love to see them as well. Thank you!
An der Stelle war auch eine Tür im Grenzzaun. Bei Winter war der K6 gefroren als ich mal dort als Stelli unterwegs war. Mein Fahrer ist schon zur Einweisung den Turm Pop 56 hochgeklettert und ich habe den unbeobachteten Moment genutzt und bin mal über den K6 bis zur Tür gegangen, einfach nur um die mal zu berühren.

seit gestern sind es schon Drei jahre seitdem er weg ist
2000 haben wir auch noch da oben gestanden......!
