Shield Wall
It is made of blue bricks and ornamented with a couple of dragons as they are swirling in union, mountain and river amalgamation, and various patterns. Having such shield wall in front was only allowed for those monasteries and temples sanctioned by Qing Emperor. It is dedicated for protecting from various dangers like epidemics, black magic, etc, caused by both humans and non-humans.
