I enjoy climbing. I have been climbing since I was a teenager. It's in my blood. I enjoy other sports as well. I work as an engineer using crystals and electronics to make precision instruments.
Saying for today; “Come now, let us reason together”

Our high camp was a few miles away. At this point we sorted out the rope, rack, runners, food and water. We started just before sunrise and back to camp with 1-2 hour in the dark using headlamps.
This trip is in This Slide Show
This is also part of the Ptarmigan Traverse

This was a one day April ascent of Whitehorse Mountain. The snow conditions changed constantly. Many big avalanches came off in the last couple days because of temperatures breaking out of the fiftys. This made the climb a lot less iffy. The top had some sections of steep snow and ice on Arêtes with cornices. And the summit has one spectacular sheer rock wall.
Some climbing links for those interested, Link 1, Link2, Link3 Limk4
