I was born and raised in a Mennonite village Campo 8 near Cuauhtemoc Chih, Mexico.
Got married in 1984, moved to Alberta Canada lived there 1985-1988, working as a milk hauler. In Aug 1988 we moved back to Cuauhtemoc Chih Mexico, and lived there until July 1999. during these 11 years, i work in many different jobs. hauling equipment from the US to Mexico with a semi tractor/trailer, in early 1990 started shipping pvc pipe and irrigation equipment from Lubbock TX to Mexico, at the same time i took a private pilot course/ground school and in June of 1992 received my Airman Certificate Rating for SEL (Single Engine Land)
For the next 4 years did a fair amount of flying, crop dusting, arial photography, (lots of fun).
1995-1999 was helping as a teacher at Escuela La Esperanza, Campo 101, teaching terceros. these were very productive years, i learned a lot about children, and all the different subjects i was teaching, like Mexican history, science, math, literature, German grammar...
In July we moved to Aylmer Ontario Canada, and it's been our home ever since.
I have a small trucking business hauling parts mainly for GM. I'm involved in church activities, we're also part of a Leadership Company that's in business teaching leadership principals, financial discipline and preserving family values.
Some hobbies I have is taking pictures, playing some guitar, do a little bit of flying here and there and lots of family activities. I'll be starting to fly more and hope to start adding picture as I go along.
