I notice that the third bird from the left has a pink band on it's leg. Because this bird has a plumage abnormality (it's head is speckled with white feathers) it's easy to identify this bird. The code on the pink band is A2C. I actually saw this bird there again last night (25 August 2010). Would it be possible for you to post the date that you took this photo, so that I could forward the information to the biologists that are banding Canada Geese in this area?
In case you are wondering, the bird depicted was banded in the spring of 2009 at the Little Qualicum Estuary.
