That are not buffalos but cows they have in Africa with long horns. What kind of cows do I actually not know? They may be hybrids of wild animals and normal cows.

Some of my friends have often mused about retiring to rest under a coconut but that can be hazardous place to sit. But sure there are many idyllic places in the islands, though I am not at all sure that Fijian politics will ever let one rest.

My wife and I will be heading to Tonga for 6 months soon, and we are anticipating teaching for second semester each of the next three years. It seems like a great way to retire and be active at the same time! And we hope to be to visit Samoa and Tahiti whilst we are in Polynesia.

Moce,

Ian

Thanks for all your comments. Monorails, more tube lines, possibly. London certainly also needs more cycle paths. As a Dane living in London (Shepherd's Bush) I can say for sure that Copenhagen is a lot friendlier towards cyclists than London.

Fijians are mostly Methodists of John Wesleyan persuasions and Methodist Missionary Society of London, England, came to Fiji as way back as the early 1800 and built churches similar to this is in the picture all over Fiji. Many are still in use today thanks to them.
