Hello Alan yes you are right of course taken from the field and hillside behind the farm house .. thank you for your "like" here also :))

Hello Peter thank you once again also .. the beauty of this field behind the farm house is that it has quite a slope down to lineside so a choice of elevation can be chosen for shots acording to taste so i certainly look forward to the results of your next visit .. perhaps this shot from a nearby field shows the campside you used in the field over the line from the farm ?

best wishes to both ~ Steve

Thank you very much Steve,

It is hard to believe it was 5 years ago. This was an early morning photo special, taken from trackside, so the smoke was put on for effect, and probably a lot more than you would normally get here. The same signals are visible in the background of this beautiful picture of yours.

Best Wishes Peter

Hi Haggs I see you have been on your travels again I like this beautiful roof well takenlike Best wishes Alan.

Thank you Brian i am pleased you think this one worthy of your YS-L also .. i must agree travelling on this the North York Moors Railway is far more scenic that most motorways and indeed relaxing the only diversion from that comment is when heading to Scotland on holiday :))

best wishes .... steve
