It is the Doulie Tower; a folly built in the early 19th Century by the Gordon family. See caption to http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4768408

Viewpoint is called 'Queen's View'.

The Lecht Mine originally (1730-37) produced iron ore, then subsequently reopened as a manganese mine (1841). This building dates from that time and the manganese ore was crushed here using water-wheel power, but finally ceased production in 1846. An attempt to revive the mine was made in 1863 but failed, and the mill devoid of its water-wheel and machinery still stands as testimony to 'industrial archaeology'.
