This was the SEPA vessel launched using a barge in 2004. There was another ship built in 2008, with a slip being constructed for the launch. After that the shed was abandoned and deteriorated until it was very slowly dismantled. The area is now clear, used for boats and boat trailers. The slip has been improved, and is a good place to get a boat in and out of the water. The smokehouse alongside the shed has been done up, and is doing well, with people sitting outside now having a view across the harbour.
