Thank you Richard yes a lot of history here the D&H before it was a railroad it was the canal from PA out to the Hudson River for coal deliveries to NYC. Roebling constructed this bathtub style bridge over the delaware to allow the canal boats easy access to the other side of the river pure genius for back in the day. For this area to top it all off you have the Zane Grey Museum... When you get to photograph the bridge in Palmyra let me know I'd like to see your photos of it..
Thank you Gaetan I guess because the temps get just above freezing 0ºC usually within a day a or two from the storm happening. Not always the case though, last year we had snow for 60+ days
