Thank you Warner I know this was the old SIRT "Staten Island Railway Transit Northern Branch I don't know the name of this old station though...

Thank you Warner greetings from above the Kill Van Kull on the Bayonne, yes it is an interesting bridge, and pretty scenic views from it!

Thank you Warner right now you can't walk on this bridge because it is under construction they are raising it for taller boat traffic.

Just the Dealership's name there is a lot of Hudson names here I guess of the Hudson River but its located in Hudson County New Jersey. i know the reference of the Hudson automobile you are talking about, yah I know they were nice cars. I'm not 30 years old yet but I have seen Hudson automobiles at those classic car shows..

If you see the satellite view to the right of my photo here, you can see the NX drawbridge back in the early 70's the line stopped crossing the Passaic River and that Bridge was in the movie Annie. To locals of the neighborhood we call it simply the Annie Bridge. As for this portion of the Newark Branch I call it the Western section from Newark, NJ up to Passaic, NJ. No trains come this far south anymore unless a customer reopens the oil business here at the current of the line. There is talk extending the Newark Light rail at Broad Street up to Paterson, NJ via using this line. That would mean upgrading the line for lightrail use, that would be a good thing! :-)

Here is a better image of the lift, from my understanding it was moved here to this park from about a half mile down on the bay. Just to showcase what the industry was like here... Richard A. Rutkowski Park

What one? LOL There is a nice Burger King in Port Jervis NY I may goto sometimes used to be an old one now brand new was built in its place, in Port Jervis.

Thank you very much Warner this bridge now is a part of interstate route 280 years ago before the highway it was known just as Stickel Bridge.
