Thank you I don't know the exact name of the line but I do know it's part of Conrail Shared Assets Operations "CSAO" the very top of the rails aren't rusty so that means when this photo was taken 2012 still in use. According to my Railroad atlas this was a former PRR line..

Another relic of a bygone era, the entrance to the "freeway", NJ Route 58, lleading from Newark, across the Stickel Bridge. Long known as The Bridge to Nowhere", the Stickel bridge, built in 1949, connected a short "freeway" from Orange Street in Newark to Route 508 in Harrison, basically 4 lanes from nowhere, TO nowhere. After I-280 ws built to connect the NJ Turnpike to Route 46 in Morris County (at least that was the alibi NJ presented to the Feds), now, not so much, but still a parking lot during times of heavy traffic.
