The railroads mostly the branch lines and short lines would operate rail buses instead of an actual train because the amount of people using it the bus was adequate. Roads back in the day most of them were still not paved so having a regular wasn't the option back then a bus that rides on the rails that wouldn't get stuck in mud was a better option.

I know in NY State there was an instance of a peeping tom using a drone to look into hospital windows. Then the more sophisticated drones that can into the thousands of feet some idiots were flying within airspace territory of an airport. Thank you for the satellite view link!

Thank you Gaetan the NYSW "New York, Susquehanna & Western Railway" is only considered a short-line even though it has trackage in three states. NJ, NY, and PA. This is a great railroad though, everyone who has anything to do with the NYSW either as an employee or customer of the line is a happy camper..
