Great photo at Biddy Mason Park located on 333 Spring Street steps from Third and Main. Ms. Mason is the African American that came to LA in 1851 as a slave and was freed in a LA Court in 1856. She later became wealthy. The site of this photo is where she bought her first home in 1866 that location is now a small public park or wall noteing her accomplishments in LA before her death in 1892??. Thank You.
