We live in the Elephant Head area of Amado, AZ on the bajada of the Santa Rita Mountains. I enjoy posting images of some of the more remote locations we visit.
A view south from Pinal Peak south of Globe, AZ. The hard 18 mile drive from downtown Globe is worth it in the summer. At 7800' it was 76 degrees; it was 96 in Globe.
