Looks like a nice place to walk, and a nice day. Kind greetings from Utah.

Henry - it looked vaguely familiar to me, but I needed an Ipernity car fanatic to ID it! 1970 was ages ago... Jean, yes, the body is in pretty good shape - at least what I could see of it. Too bad it is sitting here and rotting. Leif, Opel was a fairly well-known car here in the US at the time (at least in urban areas). When I was a young married person we had a Rallye in this same "Opel red." Andy - of course you can send it to him! (Right-click on it, choose Save Image, put it in your Documents, Pictures, or wherever else you want it.) Thanks for the Like!

No, Henry, I hate it! Lol! But, yes, it is in much better shape that the usual sidewalk furniture.

aNNa - how did you guess! Haha!

Thank you both for your Likes.

You're right - only about a year, I think. This building has been through several store owners. I suspect the end of the corner store era has finally taken hold in Klamath Falls. I'll bet there are a lot of these in TX, too.

Did you make the hike over to the cliff dwellings?? ;-)
