I have never been to this place or to Belize, but the location where you posted the photo is definitely not Belize, it is Banco Chinchorro, which belongs to the Mexican state of Quintana Roo. Maybe you took the photo in Belize and posted it in the wrong place.
Back in 1977, the runway on Ragged saved my life, and the lives of two passengers. We were enroute from Miami to Cap Hatien with a load of aquarium supplies, intending to stop in Georgetown for fuel. Unforecast thunderstorms prevented us from reaching G'Town. We landed the Twin Beech on Ragged, with about ten minutes fuel remaining. An aircraft flew us fuel down from G'Town and we were able to fly there and refuel. It was a very close call.
This picture may not belong here. There are no keys (cayos) all around this Northern area of the provinces of Habana and Pinar del Rio. There is a Cayo Paraiso in South coast of Camaguey in the string of keys calle Las Doce Leguas, famous for it pleasant weather and lack of mosquitoes, despite all the mangroves around it
