I grew up in West Hanningfield, and my house was surrounded by wheat fields. A couple of years ago I returned one summer to photograph the fields, adn this is my favourite shot. I guess it reminds me of playing in the fields as a child.

Avebury Circle is in some ways more impressive than Stonehenge as the circle itself is so vast. Maybe the old village was protected by the stones?
