Its a reopening of the cuckoo way aka Chesterfield canal it was filled in some years ago, they are trying to join the Trent eventually, they have a few miles to go yet, but involves opening over a mile long tunnel and a flight of 13 locks, they had a trail boat event to open it lots of boats and at night they where all illuminated it was great.

Yes had a coach load of Brummies up the tower, and they had gone in NO TIME. :)

Just took it for a test drive, do u reckon i should buy it, next years model the chap told me.
Fish in all our ponds but not sure if u can fish it,
