My parents home in Lincoln, Nebraska. I wonder who keeps the lawn to nice green and well groomed?

My father played baseball here in the thirties and my son here in the 2000's.

This used to be the home field for Lincoln's AAA Fast-pitch softball from the sixties to the eighties. The state softball tournment was held here annually. At least three regional tournments too. The grandstand is now much smaller.

Zion Lutheran moved to the western edge of Hastings in the mid seventies. The Zion Lutheran School is a couple blocks away and it is now a daycare,

Once was the hope of the Lincoln Chiefs pro baseball team.

The "Extreme Makeover" house of Havelock/Lincoln, NE. To much of a house for the neighborhood. Only a couple blocks from the Burlington RR yards. My brother-in-law helped build and my sister helped decorate.

Both hangers are still there. I have taken photos of everything still at the airbase.
