This used to be the shop of the famous Isle of Man TT racer, Harold Lewis Daniell.
Top rider in his day and this place was a mecca for South London bikers. Lovely shop now and how ironic it is called 'Hair Lounge' using the first 2 initials of the Daniells name !!

This was my first school aged 4 yrs.
I used to work there too.
Remember it well, before it became a bingo hall.
The old Savoy Cinema was on the far right I believe.
Waited there many a time for a bus.
