I haven't looked up the population per square up here, but one has to further consider that the towns are from 45 minutes to an hour (and in some cases 3 hrs.) away from one another by car, and that leaves the gaps with few ppl with several square km Per Person to roam! I Canada, we always tell ppl that Holland is the size of Lake Ontario with almost half the population of Canada! Then there's California down south that almost has the population of Canada in one State by itself!!
