I am planning on flying up the ina cessna 182 from Sanford florida and back this summer. If not, I'm defenittely be renting a 172 from sherbrook to go fly around. My Mother still owns the property my Father had a runway on. I would like to go fly over it for old times. If you want to email me and keep in touch maybe I'll give you a call when I get up there and yo can come fly with me if you like
Thanks again for putting this pic on here. Brings back lots of memories

I'll be flying to Woburn where my Dads runway still exists and in good shape to this day. Not good enought to land on yet but, like I said I would like to do a couple approaches
Let me know
I've learned to fly in this type of aircraft in Quebec city, back in 1974. At the time, i was 17 and i was in air cadets, we were supposed to be based in Bagotville, but they were fixing the runways, finnaly we were based in Valcartier, and our flying school was Red Carpet in Ancienne Lorette (wich is now called Ste-Foy). I had flown for many years, but since approx. 12 years i can't afford it anymore, i'm still passionned, and i dream of the day that i'll fly again, i miss it so much, i'm living in Sherbrooke now and sometimes, when i get the blues, i go to the airport to keep in touch with it, that's how i took this photo last summer.
